How do your staff cope with life in and outside of work? Dr. Robin May-Davis and Dr. Tracy Asamoah are physicians who understand the challenges of integrating well-known stress management tools into daily life. In addition to busy medical practices, they have worked to balance active family and personal lives. Having experienced the impact of stress in their own lives, they have each sought out the research about gaining control over the impact of chronic stress. Dr. May-Davis and Dr. Asamoah work with both groups and individuals, guiding them towards a more balanced life through in-person presentations, workshops, and 1-on-1 sessions.
